DECK OVEN:
The Deluxe 3/4 oven has been developed over the past years to a very high standard deck oven with many features that have been developed in very close conjunction with the Australian Bakers and Pastry Cook industry.
This deck oven has the capacity to hold either four 18" wide trays or four 16" wide trays per deck. Each deck has individual digital controls, a light , full glass door, steam, stone. A ventilation hood is also standard to the Deluxe 3/4
HEATS FROM 50°C TO 200°C IN 20 MINUTES.
Optioned with:
3 Decks (3 trays wide 18 inch or 4 trays wide 16 inch trays)
