Rotating racks have proved to be the most reliable way to achieve an even bake. IBS (Increased Baking Surface) is Sveba-Dahlen's patented system for alternating rotation of the rack. It means that the entire product is baked at the same temperature on all sides, which results in quicker, more energy-efficient and more even baking. Humidity is another factor that affects the results of the baking.
The S400 has a built-in, high-capacity steam system. An oven should also be easy to operate. The S-series is equipped with Sveba-Dahlen's easy to use E-panel, for both manual and pre-programmed baking. Thick insulation in the walls and top, a large, double-glazed window and built-in halogen lighting are other features that make the S400 a user-friendly and energy-efficient oven.

means that all sides of the products are exposed to the
same amount of heat resulting in a faster, more even and
economical baking.


E-panel
The Sveba-Dahlen E-panel is an easily used and robust
control panel for controlling the baking process. Easily
interpreted symbols illuminate to indicate the different
stages in the baking process. A buzzer is activated to
indicate the end of the baking process.
The E-panel can be used for either manually controlled or preprogrammed baking. Up to 99
different baking instructions can be programmed simply in the oven memory. A professional
kitchen function with pulsating steam and a Cake Switch for baking delicate products are
standard in the E-panel. The E-panel is recessed in the smooth stainless steel front of the oven,
thereby protected and easy to keep clean. The control panel is prepared for connection to a master
PC control system.
