• It is easy and simple to use and can clean trays from 125mm wide to 1030mm wide.
• The tray is manually inserted and the first set of dry rollers straightens the tray and the wire brushes which rotate, cleaning the top and bottom of the tray.
• For the option models it then goes through another straightening set of rollers and a set of final clean nylon brushes. After which the tray is automatically oiled on the top side only.
• This will save the operator greasing the tray and minimises the amount of oil used on trays. All the dirt from the trays is dropped onto a tray which is easy to clean and remove.

• The driving rollers are precisely adjusted for a certain tray thickness to ensure a smooth flow of the trays through the machine.

The oiling mechanism comprises of a removable oil tray and rubber feed roller which transfers oil onto the tray in a uniform and consistent manner. The oiling mechanism has an on/off handle and the quantity of oil deposited can be easily adjusted by the operator. The oiling tray can be washed in a Jeros utensil washer.
