BAKON Multi-Depositor
The Bakon Multi-Depositor is a manual depositing machine, which allows flexible use.
With the hand spray gun, the machine can be used over a conveyor belt, ie, on baking trays with products.
Besides this option the machine can also be used to deposit masses into baking forms.
The impulse can either be given from the hand spray gun or from a foot pedal.

Possibilities
These machines are suitable for the depositing of all masses that can be pumped, such as:
marmalade, cream, muffin batter, biscuit batter and even fruit fillings (with or without fruit pieces).
Fruit pieces up to a size of 1cm can be deposited with the Bakon Multi-Depositor without damaging the fruit.
The volume, and therefore the weight, of the deposit can be controlled continuously on a variable setting.

Maintenance
For cleaning the machine no tools are required.
The machine can be taken apart and put back together again very easily.
Therefore the cleaning process is very quick and simple, so not much time is lost when switching from one product to another.
The Bakon Multi-Depositor is made of stainless steel and other non-rusting materials qualified for the use in the food-processing industry.

BAKON Transfer Pump
The Bakon Transfer Pump is a unique mobile system, designed for pumping many different types of substances from a bowl or container into a hopper.
Labourious pouring from containers to a depositing machine is now a thing of the past.
The Bakon Transfer Pump is designed and made on a movable stainless steel frame and the height can be adjusted manually or pneumatically (optional).
The Advantages
The Bakon Transfer Pump is highly suitable for many types of products, such as fruit fillings, fillings containing pieces of fruit, ie, apple, apricot or whole cherries and but also creams, cake batters, muffin batters, etc.
The only requirement is that the product is able to flow to the entrance of the pump.
The texture and/or shape of the product is not damaged in any way whilst being transferred so cherries remain whole, pieces of apple are not crushed and cake batter retains its airy volume!
Maintenance
The entire machine is sealed waterproof according to the IP-65 standards.
Supplied with a quick connecting system for mounting and dismounting the machine easily.
