The main feature of this machine is the small amount of space required for operation. In addition to being designed for continuous work, this machine works all types of dough, soft or hard and can be used whether in bakeries or the pastry industry. Production can be varied from 650 to 3600 pieces per hour by means of simple controls. All moving parts are fully lubricated by an automatic adjustable pump while the revolving parts are mounted on ball bearings and bushes. The out belt conveyor has a wide section and independant speed control. Like other products from Esmach, the engineering design and manufacture of this machine are of the highest quality and standard and it will easily combine with the bowl elevators, rounders, provers and moulders to form automatic production facilities. Silent, exact and strong are only but a few qualities.
Conical Rounder
The special shape and the arrangement of the ducts ensures that the pieces of dough are perfectly rounded and worked as if by hand. The machine has been designed to satisfy the widest possible work requirements. Strong construction, precise work, silent working operation. Mounted on wheels for easy movement.
